A colour consultation is required before any first-time colour service. We will assess the hair's condition, style and colour desired and then book an appointment according to time required. A £12 charge is taken at the time of consultation and used as a deposit for the colour appointment. IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT - THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE
